• Pricing and Availability: While we strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.
• Payment: We accept various payment methods. By placing an order, you warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
5. Customization
• Customization Options: Travissh International Pvt. Ltd. offers customization services for many of our products. You can add your hotel’s logo, colors, and branding to create a unique guest experience.
• Customization Process: To request customization, please get in touch with our sales team with your specifications. We will work with you to design and produce the customized items.
• Approval and Production: We will proceed with production once you approve the design proofs. Due to the production process, customization orders may have longer lead times.
• Returns and Refunds for Customized Products: Customized products are made specifically for your order and cannot be returned unless Travissh International Pvt. Ltd. caused a defect or error. Please review your design proofs carefully before approval.
6. Shipping and Delivery
• Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times may vary based on your location and order size.
• International Shipping: We also provide international shipping. Please note that additional fees, such as customs duties and taxes, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
7. Returns and Refunds
• Returns: We do not offer any returns unless there is a defect in the product
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Travissh International Pvt. Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services.
